1. All necessary permissions and developments will be completed by the end of scheme period.

2. Full payment to be paid on or before 30days from the date of plot/site booking.

3.1 If a member discontinues payment for 3 consecutive months, his/her account will be forzen and plot/site allotment stands cancelled automatically.

3.2 Revival of account for re-allotment of the plot/site will only be done subject to plot/site availability & on payment of all the arrears with an interest @24% p.a

3.3 Transfer policy: The plot/site can only be transferred by paing a fee of Rs.10,000 for 133 sq.yards.

3.3 Refund ploicy: No refund will be provided for part-sale consideration of Rs.50,000 or below.

* Cancellation charges @ 25% on payments above Rs.50,000 will be deducted towards development charges (land, marketing & administration).

4. The company reserves the right to increase the price of the plot/site in the above scheme before the enrolement of member. The company also reserves the right to charge a minimum of 24% interest PA for late/delayed payments.

5. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-allot the plot/site with the same specification in another place, incase for any reason layout plan is to be altered.

6. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application & cancel the membership and plot./site allotment without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The company also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as and when required.

7. The company will not be responsible/liable for any loss or delay caused by the act of nature, government's legislations or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control fo the company on the project.
